Position Overview
Titan Strategy Group is seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This position focuses on customer relations, account support, and direct, face-to-face customer interactions.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in gaining experience in customer service, sales, and account management.
Previous account management experience is not required. We provide structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing support to help new team members develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers to explain products, services, and account information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
- Assist customers with service questions, account information, and available options.
- Support customer acquisition and retention through direct customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer information and communicate account updates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and client objectives.
- Participate in training and coaching to strengthen product knowledge, communication, and account management skills.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or account management is helpful but not required.
